All orders will be posted via Royal Mail.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - Please Read.

Christmas orders must be placed by 15th December 2020

​

Due to the volume of Christmas parcels, Royal Mail deliveries are already taking longer than expected to arrive with some customers.  We therefore cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order.  However, orders placed on or before 15th December 2020 will be posted prior to Royal Mail’s published last posting date.  We cannot guarantee that these will definitely arrive before Christmas, as once posted it is out of our hands, and this year is unprecedented with many more parcels being sent, as we can’t be together.  We do hope you will understand. We will do all we can to get your parcels out as quickly as possible

Orders placed after 20th December 2020...

We’re going to take a few days off over Christmas.  We will still accept orders over this time, but your order will not be sent out until the first week of January 2021.

​

We normally aim to despatch your order within 48 hours, but please allow 5-6 working days for delivery.   If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of your order please contact us by email to check.  Thank you.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays out of our control, this includes the recent pandemic and extreme weather.

Due to Government advice during the coronavirus crisis, 

we are not currently able to offer a collection option.

Returns Policy

​

We hope you will love your products, but should you wish to return any item/s, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it as long as it is in an unused state and still in the original packaging.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted item and we highly recommend obtaining a free proof of postage from the Post Office if you do so.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
